Bazaarvoice Wins Rubbermaid

Austin-based Bazaarvoice, a supplier of ratings and review applications for ecommerce sites, reported Thursday that the Rubbermaid is using the firm's software. Financial details of the win was not disclosed. Bazaarvoice said that Rubbermaid is using the firm's ratings and review content as part of an effort to listen and respond to its customers, as well as for use by brand managers to determine which features are popular with customers.
