Bazaarvoice Wins Blue Shield of California

Austin-based Bazaarvoice, a provider of ratings and reviews software for ecommerce sites, said Wednesday that Blue Shield of California is using the firm's ratings and reviews software. According to Bazaarvoice, Blue Shield is using the firm's Ratings and Reviews software, to allow its members to share candid feedback on the firm's various health plans. Financial impact of the win was not disclosed.
