Bazaarvoice Raises $7.1M

Austin-based Bazaarvoice, a provider of e-commerce software, said Friday that it has raised $7.1M in a third round of venture capital funding. The round came from Austin Ventures, Battery Ventures, First Round Capital, and European Founders Fund. The new round of funding brings the company's total capital raised to around $19.9M; the firm last raised a round of funding in September of 2007. Bazaarvoice's e-commerce software is used for providing rating and reviews on online retailers' web sites. More information »
