Bazaarvoice Powers ShopNBC

Austin-based Bazaarvoice said today that that ShopNBC, the home shopping channel, is using its social commerce platform. Bazaarvoice said that ShopNBC has been using its Ratings & Reviews product for sharing customer feedback across both its TV and online platforms since August of 2007. ShopNBC reaches around 76 million homes via cable and satellite TV, and is operated by ValueVision Media.
