Bazaarvoice In Win With 1-800-FLOWERS

Austin-based Bazaarvoice, a publisher of hosted social commerce applications, revealed today that it powering a marketing campaign for 1-800-FLOWERS. According to the firm, online florist and gift shop 1-800-FLOWERS.COM is promoting Mother's Day with its "Spotlight a Mom" contest, which allows customers of and visitors to 1-800-FLOWERS.COM to share stories about their mothers. Bazaarvoice said its Bazaarvoice Stories application serve as the interface for collecting the user-generated content. Financial impact of the win was not disclosed.
