Bazaarvoice Enhances Software Tools With Tags

Austin-based Bazaarvoice is enhancing the firm's product ratings and reviews product, saying this morning that it has rolled out Bazaarvoice QuickTake, a new tool which helps customers quickly find information about products. Bazaarvoice said the new tool allows users to add "tags" to their review, which helps customers mine the opinions of other customers in order to make purchase decisions. The firm said the new tools is customizable for its clients, and can be integrated into existing reviews and review tags. Bazaarvoice develops ecommerce software which allows online retailers to add ratings and reviews features to their sites.
