ATT, DISH, and WPP Buy INVIDI Technologies

Dallas-based AT&T said on Monday afternoon that it has teamed up with DISH Network and WPP, to acquire advertising technology developer INVIDI. Financial details of the deal were not announced. AT&T will holdt the controlling interest in INVIDI, which develops software to let advertisers target specific audiences on TV and other platforms. Both AT&T and DISH are currently using Invidi's advertising platform to let its advertisers very specifically target households by demographic or psychographic attributes.
