AT&T Backs Dallas Innovation Alliance's Living Lab

Dallas-based AT&T said this morning that it is backing the Dallas Innovation Alliance and its efforts to showcase new Internet-of-Things and "smart city" technology in Dallas, at The Living Lab. AT&T said it is supporting the DIA to help provide intelligent LED lighting, environmental sensors, and an interactive digital kiosk to the West End of Dallas. AT&T said the DIA Smart Cities Living Lab powered by AT&T (Living Lab) is among the projects in eight cities which will be included in the AT&T Smart Cities spotlight cities initiative. Financial details of the backing by AT&T was not announced. The DIA has said it also hopes to bring free Wi-Fi, smart parking, and other technology to the "Living Lab" effort.
