Asure Software Buys Legiant

Austin-based Asure Software, which develops workforce management software, announced Wednesday that it has acquired fellow Austin software firm Legiant. Financial terms of the buy were not announced. Legiant develops cloud-based, time and attendance software. Asure is headed by Pat Goepel.
