Assembla Acquires MyGet

San Antonio-based Assembla, a developer of cloud-based, enterprise version control software, has acquired package management software developer MyGet. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. Assembla is itself owned by ScaleWorks, an investor in software companies. MyGet was foudned in 2011, and says it has since grown its customers to 40,000 users. MyGet announced the acquisition last week.
