Artemis International Buys Accept Software

Austin-based Artemis International, a developer of project and portfolio management software for the construction industry, said today that it has acquired Accept Software, a developer of collaborative product planning software. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed. Accept Software is based in Silicon Valley. Artemis International says its software has been used for such projects as construction of the new terminal at Heathrow airport, as well as for large nuclear submarines.
