Armor Names Sales Execs

Richardson-based cyber security provider Armor said today that it has named two new executives, to help bolster its sales efforts. Armor said it has named Mark Kornegay as its Senior Vice President of Worldwide Channel and Field Sales, and named Scott Thomas as Vice President of North American Sales. Kornegay was previously a General Manager at Microsoft, leading sales efforts in the Western United States, and previously had also been an Assistant United States Attorney and Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Thomas was previously at Terremark (now Verizon), and also served at Brainspace, CSC, Rackspace and AT&T.
