Argodesign Acquired By DXC Technology

Austin-based argodesign, a provider of product design consulting services, has been acquired by Virginia-based DXC Technology. Financial details of the buy were not announced. DXC Technology is a publicly traded IT services company which trades on the NYSE as DXC. DXC said the acquisition will help add to its client offerings portfolio. Argodesign was founded in 2014 by Mark Gauger and Mark Rolston.
