Applied Mechanical Buys Holistic Test and Balance

Austin-based Applied Mechanical, a provider of outsourced technical, engineering, and project management services, announced today that it has acquired Holistic Test and Balance, based in Jacksonville, Florida. Financial details of the buy were not disclosed. Holistic Test and Balance (HTB) provides environmental testing. Applied Mechanical said that the acquisition would boost its FEP service, which provides services such as cleanroom performance testing and environmental performance services.
