AmplifiAI Aims At Employee Development With AI Tools

Dallas-based startup AmplifiAI said this morning that it has launched its platform, which aims to use artificial intelligence technology to help companies with employee development and performance management. According to AmplifiAI, it is developing software which uses machine learning algorithms to understand who are the "high performers" in an enterprise, and help push those best practices out to an entire enterprise. AmplifiAI's founder and CEO is Sean Minter. The company says it is being advised by researchers at UT Dallas on its product, which is initially being targeted for use in the area of customer service.
