Alsbridge Buys Consulting Firm Telwares

Dallas-based Alsbridge, a provider of IT, finance, and other outsourcing and consulting services, said today that it has acquired network and IT consulting firm Telwares. Financial details of the buy were not disclosed. Alsbridge said it acquired Telwares from private equity firm One Equity Partners, which is an arm of JP Morgan Chase. Telwares serves the Fortune 500 market.
