AirWalk Taps Cisco Exec As Chairman

Richardson-based AirWalk Communications, a manufacturer of CDMA cellular radio network equipment, said Thursday that it has named former Cisco Systems VP Roger Dorf to its board. AirWalk said that Dorf will serve as Executive Chairman for the firm. Dorf was most recently VP and GM of Cisco's broadband wireless business, and also has served at Navini Networks, Celite Systems, Nortel Networks, Synch Research, AT&T Network Systems, AT&T Paradyne, Cullinet Software, and IBM.
