Advanced Discovery Buys Altep

Austin-based Advanced Discovery, a provider of e-discovery and litigation support services, said this morning that it has acquired UK-based Altep, a provider of e-discovery, compliance, and cyber security services. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. Altep was advised by Kenyon Group, LLC, in the deal. Jim Burke is CEO of Advanced Discovery.
