ADRevolution Appoints Magierski to Board

Online advertising software publisher ADRevolution reported yesterday that it has appointed local entrepreneur Brian Magierski to its board of directors. The Austin, Texas-based business said Magierski is currently the chief development officer at nGenera Corp. He joined nGenera after serving as co-founder, president and chief executive officer of Kalivo, an Enterprise 2.0 collaboration software-as-a-service provider that nGenera recently acquired. He was also the co-founder, chairman and CEO of iMark.com, a business-to-business Web marketplace that FreeMarkets purchased for $340 million.
