Adlucent Names CFO

Austin-based Adlucent has named Angela Vasquez as its new Chief Financial Officer, the company said, to head up the firm's financial, legal, and human resources operations. The firm, which provides search marketing and analytics services to help retailers and e-commerce companies improve their search marketing efforts, said that Vasquez joins from Hospice Source, where she was CFO. She also has previously served at McAfee, Vignette, Dell, and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Adlucent is headed by Jon Armstrong, and was founded by Michael Griffin.
