ACTIVE Network Names New CEO

Dallas-based outdoor activity registration software developer ACTIVE Network named a new CEO on Monday, saying that it has named Dana Jones to the position, effective immediately. Current CEO Darko Dejanovic becomes Executive Chairman and continues on the company's board. Jones has been at ACTIVE Network since October, where she was serving as President. She previously was Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President of Solutions Management for Sabre Airline Solutions. Dejanovic had been CEO since November of 2013, when the company was acquired by Vista Equity Partners.
