ACS Signs Hertz

Affiliated Computer Services Inc. revealed Thursday that it will provide learning services to auto rental firm Hertz Corp. The Dallas-based business process outsourcing specialist said its learning services contract with Hertz spans five years and includes curriculum redesign and content development and delivery. The cash value of the contract was not disclosed. ACS said it will also provide Hertz with learning administration, managed learning technology and vendor management services as part of the deal.
