ACS Gets $13M Renewal

Dallas-based business process outsourcing firm Affiliated Computer Services Inc. revealed Monday that it has won a three-year, $13 million contract renewal from Brother International Corp., a manufacturer of printers, faxes and other devices for home and business offices. Under the renewed contract, ACS explained, it will continue to provide Brother with hardware, technical and customer care support services. ACS said Brother has been a customer for eight years. Currently, ACS noted, it provides Brother with inbound and outbound customer care support and data entry services for warranty registration cards.
