Zenoss Adds Bock As Board Member

Austin-based Zenoss has added a new member to its board of directors, the company said Wednesday. Zenoss said it has added Bill Bock, currently President of Silicon Labs, to the position. Bock also serves on the board of Silicon Labs, and had served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Tivoli at the time of its IPO, as well as through the company's acquisition by IBM. He also had served at Dazel (acquired by Hewlett-Packard) and was CFO at Convex Computer, and started his career at Texas Instruments. Zenoss is led by Greg Stock, who said his first CEO job was in Austin thanks to Bock. Zenoss is a developer of IT monitoring and analytics software.
