Wonder Bread Launches iPhone App

Irving, Texas-based Hostess Brands, the bakery behind Wonder Bread and Twinkies, has jumped into the social media world, saying today that it has launched its own, free iPhone application, which also connects to social networking sites Facebook and Twitter. According to Wonder Bread, its iPhone Sandwich "Wonder-izer" application provides nutrition information based on different sandwich ingredients and configurations, and allows users to share those sandwich creations with their friends on Facebook and Twitter. The brand also has its own Twitter account.
