WhaleShark Media Names COO, Promotes Two

Austin-based whaleShark Media continues to bolster its executive team, saying this morning that it has named Kelli Beougher as its Chief Operating Officer. Beougher has been at WhaleShark since 2009, and expands her role to handle responsibility of managing the integration of domestic and international acquisitions for WhaleShark Media, in addition to other responsibilities. Beougher has previously served at LinkShare, Priceline, an GE Capital. In addition to the COO promotion, WhaleShark also said it has promoted Edward Dunigan to Vice President, Partner Management, and Keith Duncan as Vice President, Sales.
