Vyopta Gets $5M For Enterprise Video Tools

Austin-based Vyopta said Thursday that it has raised $5M in a Series A funding, which came from Austin's AVX Partners. Vyopta develops software to help enterprises with video analytics, to help companies use video to improve their operations. Vyopta's CEO is Alfredo Ramirez. The round was led by Chris Paccitti, managing member of AVX Partners. Vyopta said its advisors include Mike Bennett, the former CEO of SolarWinds; Rita Selvaggi, former CMO at SolarWinds, and Josh Stephens, the former VP of Technology at SolarWinds. More information »
