Venture Docs Lands At TECH Fort Worth

TECH Fort Worth, the startup accelerator and incubator in Fort Worth, has added a new client, the firm said last week. According to the incubator VentureDocs, a developer of cloud-based, legal documents for the legal and capital formation of startups, has been accepted as an acceleration client of the incubator. The new startup was formed in May. VentureDocs provides legal documents needed by startups to run their businesses, including incorporation documents, stock option plans and agreements, friends and family common stock financing, convertible and preferred stock financing, and other docs. The new startup is headed by Bo Sartain, who was a corporate attorney. Sartain's firm, Sartain PC, has been around since January of 2005.
