Upstream Commerce Sets Up HQ In Austin

Upstream Commerce, a developer of price monitoring software, has set up its North American headquarters in Austin. The Israeli software developer, which is backed by YL Ventures and Bright Capital, has also snagged former Bazaarvoice executive Bill Fanning as head of the new office. The move was first reported by the ABJ.
