USAA Unveils iPhone Financial Services App

San Antonio-based financial services firm USAA reported Wednesday that it has launched a mobile application that will bring its array of financial services to iPhone customers. USAA explained that the new program, called "USAA Mobile App," is available for free to its nearly 7 million members. USAA added that the app will allow customers to manage their banking, insurance and investment services accounts through a safe and secure platform. Because of the iPhone's geolocation abilities, the San Antonio-based business said, the app can also offer location-specific features such as roadside assistance, finding a nearby ATM and rental car services.
