Tyler Technologies Buys Yotta MVS

Dallas-based Tyler Technologies, the developer of government management software, said today that it has acquired the assets of Yotta MVS, a provider of field property data verification and collection services and software. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Yotta helps governments provide tax appraisal and assessment.
