Triune Systems Ramps To Mass Production

Richardson-based Triune Systems, a developer mixed signal and power management ICs, is ramping one of its products to mass production. According to semiconductor foundry TowerJazz and Triune Systems, Triune is using TowerJazz's 0.18um TS18PM process for its products, which replace mechanical relays in HVAC, home automation, and industrial control systems. Expected volumes were not announced by the companies. Triune Systems is led by Ross Teggatz, who was previously at TI.
