Travelocity Plans Holiday Travel Feature

Southlake, Texas-based Travelocity said today that it will be launching a combined social media and live television effort heading into the Thanksgiving holiday, and will be covering ten of the nation's busiest airports with a "Turkey Task Force". The travel site said its "Turkey Task Force" will offer up travel tips, airport reports, and more via Twitter and live TV on Tuesday and Wednesday prior to Thanksgiving, which is one of the busiest travel times of the year. The company has been running the promotion for the last thirteen years.
