Trafficware Buys PSI Acquisition

Sugar Land, Texas-based Trafficware, which develops electronic equipment and software for traffic management, said Thursday that it has acquired PSI Acquisition, an Oregon company which develops traffic control products. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Trafficware--which is owned by private equity company KRG Capital Partners--said the buy will add new products to Trafficware's product line.
