Teres Solutions' Parent Buys Software Firm

CRIF, an Italian firm which is the parent company of Austin-based Teres Solutions, announced this morning that it has acquired FLS Services, a provider of indirect lending software to financial institutions. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. According to CRIF, FLS will operate as a wholly-owned, subsidiary of CRIF, and will work together with Teres Solution on products for the credit union and financial institutions industry. CRIF acquired Teres Solutions last year.
