TTI, eTurns Partner On Supply Chain Software

TTI Inc. and eTurns Inc. announced Wednesday that their partnership has yielded a new supply chain solution. Called TALON, the co-developed technology is based on eTurns' Web-based stockroom management software and has been customized for the electronics industry. The companies said TALON offers key features such as support for supplier-managed inventories and consigned inventories. The companies added that, though it is a Web-based application, TALON can operate offline. Based in Fort Worth, Texas, TTI Inc. is a distributor of passive, interconnect and electromechanical components. Headquartered in Santa Ana, Calif., eTurns develops subscription-based, PDA-enabled inventory control and stock replenishment systems.
