Sunnova Gets $300M In Equity Investment

Houston-based solar power installer Sunnova Energy Corp. announced this morning that it has received a $300M, equity investment, from private equity investor Energy Capital Partners (ECP), along with Franklin Square Capital Partners, GOS Capital Partners, and Triangle Peak Partners. According to Sunnova, the funding will go towards growth efforts in the residential solar market. Sunnova says it has now raised over $1.2 billion in capital over the last three years. Sunnova said it was advised by Barclays in the financing deal. More information »
