StoredIQ Wins MGM Studios

Austin-based StoredIQ, the developer of electronic discovery tools, reported today that it has been selected by MGM Studios for its in-house electronic discovery efforts. Financial details of the win were not disclosed. StoredIQ said the firm's system is being used by MGM to manage its data assets related to legal risk, pointing out that the motion picture business is known for its copyright, trademark, right of publicity and idea submission claim disputes.
