Spredfast Buys Shoutlet

Austin-based Spredfast has acquired social software developer Shoutlet, the company announced Wednesday. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. According to Spredfast, the acquisition will help it grow its team. Shoutlet was based in Madison, Wisconsin, and had served such customers as Four Seasons, Canon, and Lowe's. Spredfast said Shoutlet's location in Wisconsin becomes a development center for the company.
