Solera Holdings Buys License Monitor

Westlake, Texas-based Solera Holdings, the developer and provider of software and services for the automobile insurance claims processing industry, said yesterday that it has acquired License Monitor, a provider of driver violation monitoring products for government and commercial vehicle fleet operators. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Solera said the buy was made via one of its subsidiaries. The company said the buy will help it grow its addressable market in the US, and enhance its offerings.
