SiteCondor Acquired By gShift

Austin-based SiteCondor, the developer of website auditing software, has been acquired by Toronto, Canada-based gShift. Financial terms of the acquisition, which was announced last week, were not disclosed. SiteCondor was founded by Sebastian Brocher and Judd Lyon. The company's software helped web developers better understand and audit their website structure and design.
