Silverback Enterprise Group Buys Noetix

Austin-based technology software acquirer Silverback Enterprise Group announced this morning that it has acquired Noetix, a developer of business intelligence and data analytics software. Financial terms of the buy were not announced. The acquisition is the sixth for Silverback Enterprise Group in the last two years. Silverback is backed by Austin Ventures, and led by Jack McDonald. Silverback said the acquisition was financed by Comerica Bank. Silverback also owns Upload, a developer of cloud-based project management software, and Visionael, a developer of software for telecommunications software providers.
