Silicon Labs, SKY MobileMedia Partner

Austin, Texas-based Silicon Laboratories and San Diego, California-based SKY MobileMedia said today that they have partnered on a pre-integrated solution that combines SKY MobileMedia's applications software with Silicon Laboratories single-chip cell phone. The solution is targeted at handset manufacturers looking to develop handsets for the mobile market. Silicon Labs is a designer of analog and mixed-signal semiconductors for the telecommunications industry.
