SHR Raises $20M For Hotel Reservation, Distribution Software

Houston-based SHR, which develops a hotel reservation and distribution system called WindsurferCRS, has raised $20M in funding, the company said today. Source of the new capital was not announced. The company said the funding will go towards expansion in the U.S. and Asia-Pacific. SHR is led by Rod Jimenez.
