Report: Texas Cleantech Investment Hit $581M in 2013

Texas was a hotbed of clean technology investment last year, with a total of $581M in clean technology investments in the state, according to numbers released yesterday from clean technology analyst firm the Cleantech Group. According to the Cleantech Group, there was $581,063,473 invested in Texas clean technology companies in 2013. The top deal was the $128M invested in Skyonic, followed by the $105M for eRecyclingCorps, $100M for KioR, $19.0M for HelioVolt, and $16M for OptiSense Network.
