RealPage Sued By Competitor

Dallas-based RealPage, a developer of real estate management software-as-a-service, said today that it has been sued by competitor Yardi Systems. According to Realpage, its division, EverGreen Consulting was sued over improper access to Yardi's information systems. RealPage said it believes Yardi had a "hidden intent" in the lawsuit to "inhibit EverGreen from competing with Yardi's consulting service organization."
