RealPage Buys eSupply Systems

Carrollton, Texas-based RealPage said this morning that it has acquired San Antonio-based eSupply Systems, a developer of e-procurement software and group purchasing services. RealPage said it paid $7.1M for eSupply, including $5.5M upfront and $1.6M in earn out over the next 18 months. RealPage, which develops software used for the rental market, said the addition of eSupply will help provide group purchasing to its customers, and help round out its spend management offerings. As part of the acquisition, RealPage says it plans to initially roll out group purchasing services to its small and medium sized customers.
