Rallyhood Raises $1.37M For Group Coordination

Austin-based Rallyhood, the startup developing online group management tools and software, has raised $1.37M as part of an ongoing, $1.5M funding round, according to a regulatory filing by the company this week. The firm, which is headed by Patti Rogers, develops tools which helps groups coordinate everything from calendar to share files and photos. Details on the funding have not yet been announced by the company. Rallyhood's software is focused on making it easier for group organizers to bring people together and get things done, and is aimed at such areas as sports teams, scouts, clubs, and after school activities.
