Rackspace Hit By Minor Downtime

Rackspace's Dallas-based data center has been hit by some downtime, after an electrical connection failed, according to the firm. The firm said that the downtime, which occurred at approximately 11:00am, caused a brief power interruption, as well as intermittent network issues for its customers. As of 1:30pm, Rackspace said that its customers were running on generator power, with repairs underway on its uninterruptible power supply systems.
