Quarri Adds Android Support

Austin-based Quarri Technologies, the developer of content and data security software, announced this morning that it has launched a title for Android phones. The company said its new Quarri Protect on Q Mobile for Android supports both Android smartphones and tablets, and help prevent the unauthorized use and replication of confidential data. Pricing on the new software was not announced. Quarri previously only offered its software on Windows platforms. The company is backed by the Houston Angel Network (HAN) and Daylight Partners.
